  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) 100% cranberry juice (not sweetened)
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) Cointreau
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons simple syrup or maple syrup
  • For the garnish: cranberries, rosemary sprig

Directions:

  1. Place the vodka, cranberry juice, Cointreau, lemon juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds until cold.
  2. Strain the drink into a cocktail or martini glass. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary and serve.

Directions:

  1. Add the cranberry juice blend, pineapple juice, and ginger ale to a punch bowl. Add the rum, if using. Garnish with orange and lemon slices, and if desired, cranberries, star anise and rosemary sprigs.

What You’ll Need:

Directions:

  1. Place the cointreau and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a champagne flute. (You can skip this step if the cranberry juice is well chilled.)
  2. Top off the glass with champagne (no need to measure). Garnish and serve. (Note: You can also make a large batch of cointreau and cranberry juice ahead if desired, then measure out 6 tablespoons per glass.)

For the spiced butter

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice

For each drink

  • 1 ½ tablespoons spiced butter
  • 2 ounces rum
  • 6 ounces boiling water

Directions:

  1. Make the spiced butter: Roll the butter with a rolling pin until it is flattened. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Use a spatula the butter together with the sugar and spices until everything is incorporated. Use immediately or refrigerate until making the drinks.
  2. To make the drinks: Add 1 ½ tablespoons of the spiced butter to each glass. Add rum and boiling water and stir until combined. If you like a sweeter drink, top with whipped cream.

Pomegranate Gin Fizz

What You’ll Need:

What You’ll Need:

  • 10 allspice berries
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 3 star anise pods
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 750 ml bottle dry red wine*
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup brandy or Cognac
  • 1 small orange, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Toast the spices: Add the spices to the bottom of a pot (or to a skillet for Slow Cooker or Instant Pot). Toast over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.
  2. Stovetop cooking instructions: Turn the heat to low. Add the water, then pour in the wine and maple syrup and stir. Warm for 30 minutes on low heat, just barely bubbling. Do not let the wine come to a full simmer (or the liquid will reduce too much).
  3. Add brandy and orange juice: When ready to serve, stir in the brandy or Cognac and the juice from 1 orange. Garnish with orange slices and if desired, rosemary sprigs.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • ¼ cup (1 ½ ounces) semisweet or dark chocolate chips*
  • 2 ounces (¼ cup) aged or dark rum, bourbon, or Baileys Irish Cream or 1.5 ounces (3 tablespoons) Creme de Menthe or peppermint schnapps

Directions:

  1. Place a saucepan over medium heat. Add the cocoa powder and ¼ cup of the milk and whisk until the cocoa powder is mostly integrated. Whisk in the remaining milk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and heat over medium heat until the chocolate is melted, about 2 minutes. Do not boil.
  2. Stir in the alcohol. Serve immediately, garnished with whipped cream or marshmallows.

  • 1 ½ ounce 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1 ½ ounces orange juice

Directions:

  1. Add the pomegranate juice and orange juice to a champagne flute.
  2. Tilt the champagne flute and pour in the champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a rosemary branch and whole cranberries, if desired.

Milk Punch

What You’ll Need:
