Iced Cappuccino

Nothing beats your favorite classic combination of strong coffee, sweet condensed milk, and half-and-half, served over ice!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 ½ cups strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup half-and-half cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine coffee and milk. Whisk in half-and-half and vanilla until well blended. Pour into glasses filled with ice.

Creamy Iced Coffee

Directions:

Directions:

  1. Combine milk, banana, and simple syrup in a blender; blend until very smooth.
  2. Fill two 16-ounce glasses with ice cubes. Divide coffee between the glasses. Pour banana milk on top, dividing it evenly between the glasses.

  • 3 tablespoons warm water

Directions:

  1. In sealable jar, combine instant coffee, sugar and warm water. Cover the jar and shake until it is foamy. Pour into a glass full of ice and fill the glass with milk. Adjust to taste if necessary.

Cold Brew

Did you know that coffee brewed in cold water is less acidic than a hot brew? If you’re into a sweeter version, we’ve got no beef. Just make sure to go heavy on the ice to make the brain freeze last a little longer!

What You’ll Need:

  • ½ pound coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 4 ½ cups cold water
  • cheesecloth
  • coffee filters

Directions:

  1. Put coffee grounds in a large container. Slowly pour water over the grounds. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and steep at room temperature for 18 to 24 hours.
  2. Line a strainer with several layers of cheesecloth and place atop a pitcher; strain coffee through the cheesecloth into the pitcher. Discard the grounds. To get a clearer brew, strain coffee again through coffee filters. Store in refrigerator.

  1. Brew coffee with water using your preferred method to make brewed coffee. Spoon 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into each of 4 coffee cups. Pour 1 cup of fresh hot coffee into each cup, and stir to dissolve the milk.
  2. Pour hot coffee over a tall glass with ice cubes and stir briskly to chill the coffee.
